Domain Name Registrations

In order to purchase a domain name from 49th.NET, you are required by law to read, understand, and accept the registry's terms and conditions of registration (their 'registration agreement').

49th.NET provides .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .CO.UK, and .ORG.UK domain names, which are processed by Tucows' OpenSRS service. Your domain registration contract is made with Tucows/OpenSRS, and with the appropriate registry itself. Your payment contract is made with Peter J Clark, trading as 49th.NET.

If you are placing your order by fax or mail, please print out and sign a copy of the appropriate registration agreement, writing the domain names you wish to register at the end, after your signature. Please date the agreement next to your signature. Telephone and verbal orders will not be accepted without written acceptance of the registration agreement for all domain types being registered. Orders submitted without such written agreement will be refused without notice or prejudice.
